Sycamore Canyon’s two libraries meet the needs of our kindergarten through 8th grade students with access to over eighteen thousand fiction and non-fiction titles, and offer students a quiet setting to study or complete homework. Students also have access over five computers in each lab where they can use the internet as a research resource, take Reading Counts quizzes, or work in Success Maker, Next Generation, or Rosetta Stone (for English language learners) programs.The elementary library is visited weekly by each kindergarten through 5th grade classroom, and is staffed by IMT, Mrs. Theresa Scarpine. The middle school library is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, before, during, and after school, and is managed by IMT Mrs. Lizz Newmark (teacherweb/mslibrary).
